Boil 1-2 tablespoons in half a litre of water for 15 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. The effects will occur in about half an hour.

For a stronger effect, mix 30 grams of Muira Puama with half a litre of liquor in a glass bottle. Leave it for 2 weeks, shaking it every day. A few little nips should do the job. For a less strong effect boil 2 to 3 tablespoons in 250 ml of water. You can drink this, but you can also rub it on your genitals to stimulate the central nervous system.
